Does saving an expense or repayment transfer money?
No. LoopSplit records costs and repayments. Pay each other outside the app, then record what was paid. How to record a repayment →
Does an estimated amount count toward balances?
Yes, as soon as the expense is saved and synced. Confirming the final amount updates the same entry and recalculates the balances. Using estimated amounts →
Are the 3 free receipt scans a daily allowance?
No. They are 3 scans total per account, shared across devices. Attaching and viewing receipt photos remains free. Pro adds automatic, unlimited scanning. Receipt scanning guide →
Why is an expense waiting to sync?
An expense added offline is saved on your device until it can sync. Shared balances update after sync. Reconnect and check the Book before entering the expense again. Offline and sync help →
